CMS Ends Home Health Agency Moratorium in Michigan

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services ("CMS") recently lifted its temporary moratorium on the Medicare enrollment of new home health agencies ("HHAs"), subunits, and branch locations in Michigan, Florida, Illinois and Texas.
